The VIP access was disappointing. I paid $150.00 for two seats (HOT Ticket package) and my view of the screen was partially obstructed, which was not worth the price. People were confused about how the handling was, as they pointed us to a long line and we didn't know where to go for the special treatment we expected. The arts and Exhibit show was unimpressive, with a few characters coming out and then another line to stand in for pictures with them using your own camera. Despite this, the music, performance, and MC (C3PO) were fantastic.
